Based on China health and nutrition survey(CHNS)panel data,using the Hausman-Taylor model,this paper estimates the influence of the nutrition and health on farmers' agricultural income in the Chinese rural areas.Research shows that,the higher height can increase the farmers' agricultural income,and men have higher return than women.Body mass index(BMI)has significantly influence to women' agricultural income increase,but not for men.There is a significant correlation between farmers' calorie intake and agricultural income,the higher caloric intake is one of the decisive factors to agricultural income growth.The results of the study in this paper provides empirical evidence for the importance of health human capital in increasing farmers' income.
