In order to understand the nutritional situation of middle school students in Nanjing, the author made a survey of 445 students to know about their dietary habits. The results are following: the dietary habits of middle school students are good in general, but some of them have bad dietary habits, for example, some middle school students eat breakfast irregularly, they take in inadequate eggs, grain, milk products, been products, vegetables and dietary fiber. Female students enjoy some snacks. They drink incorrect belly-wash instead of sports liquid after exercise. Some students lack nutrition knowledge, furthermore, the more educational attainments the parents have, the more nutrition knowledge the students have.
