Presently,Chinese three basic health insurance systems differ from each other in many aspects including coverage,payment,etc,which accounting mainly for the serious situation of the division between urban and rural areas,division among different areas and among different communities.There is no doubt that the present systems need integrating.Based on comparative analysis about the design and implementation effect of the three systems as well as the main problems already existed,This study aims at analyzing the adaptability of the systems'structure to the social and economic environment and makes an exploration on the realistic foundation of the three basic health insurance systems.
