Abstract

In their article on the contemporary practice of perinatal medicine by physicians with pro-life world views, Jeffrey Blustein and Alan Fleischman explore five “strategies” for the maintenance of such perinatologists’ integrity. While asserting that integrity is fundamental to medical practice, the authors do not define this concept. Thus, as a first step we would define integrity as adherence to a code of moral values.
