Abstract

The term "manpower" is a broad term and it essentially stands for what economics call "labor." From the macro point of view, i.e., from the point of view of the society as a whole, this term includes all those available to work. From the micro or organizational point of view, it includes all those who work in the organization. From the micro or organizational point of view, it includes all those who work in the organization.
