As the Add Health Studies Coordinator, Caroline Jackson manages ancillary study applications, coordinates proposals, and oversees day-to-day research activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and protocol adjustments. She prepares progress reports for NIH and funding agencies, maintains a database to track research studies, and represents Add Health at conferences to promote research opportunities. Caroline is the lead organizer for the biannual Add Health Users Conference, handling all logistics, budgeting, and communications. Additionally, she assists with IRB submissions, oversees subcontract work, and supports survey development and data collection procedures. Caroline also manages the project website, publications, listserv communications, and collaborates with the CPC press team to publicize the project's research. Finally, She provides support to the Director and Project Manager on various project management tasks.
