Bridget works with data about foods and beverages purchased and eaten around the world to evaluate impacts of industry pledges, taxes, and policy changes. In addition to reviewing hundreds of thousands of food products sold and consumed in the United States, she collaborates with teams at universities in countries including Colombia, Jamaica, & South Africa to collect data to better understand their own food environments & evaluate local policies.
