Aditya Shetye
Originally from Raleigh, NC, Aditya Shetye is an incoming M.S. student in the Nutrition department. Aditya is working with Dr. Penny Gordon-Larsen’s team studying diet and metabolomics and its association with red and processed meat consumption and insulin resistance. He is a recent Carolina graduate from the undergraduate Gillings B.S.P.H. Nutrition program.
