I completed my Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Maryland, College Park. My research interests encompass the social determinants of contraceptive use and access, fertility, and health outcomes. During my Ph.D. program, I worked on the impact evaluation of a state initiative aimed at expanding contraceptive access. I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Carolina Population Center, where I conduct research on Latino population health using data from the HCHS/SOL longitudinal study.
