People
Over 300 people are affiliated with the Carolina Population Center, including more than 65 faculty fellows who sit across 16 academic departments. They are actively engaged in research ranging from technical demography to evaluating family planning programs and other policy interventions to measuring and disentangling the sources of health disparities in the United States. They are joined by research staff, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students from multiple disciplines, and a support staff that is dedicated to ensuring that Center scientists have the resources they need to design new projects, succeed in getting them funded, collect or assemble the associated data, and publish their findings in high impact journals.
