The UNC Summer Undergraduate Pipeline Research Symposium is hosted by UNC’s recruitment arm of Graduate Student Diversity to foster graduate school readiness and promote diversity, broadly defined.

The event celebrates the work of undergraduate researchers in 14 participating research programs at UNC.

This year, Carolina Population Center summer intern Mark Griffith was awarded first place recognition for his oral presentation, “The Association between Birthplace and Wages for Recent Caribbean Migrants to the United States.”
