Carolina Population Center Fellow Kathleen Mullan Harris has been elected to the National Academy of Sciences. Harris is the James E. Haar Distinguished Professor of Sociology at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is the Principal Investigator of the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (Add Health), a research project based at the Carolina Population Center.
